Thursday, July 17, 2025: 11:16 AM: I’ve been somewhat pissed over the last few days. Some thoughts and memories are kind of hard to let go of lately.

However, I am increasingly aware that there are additional strategies beyond repeating an incantation while exhaling at the right time to manage my racing thoughts more effectively. For instance, incorporating practical actions while working with an appropriate incantation such as deleting unwelcome text messages and junk email can also contribute to a healthy release of negativity and better mental clarity.
