I Am Married to A Woman Who Believes in Me.

Well… When I walked in the bedroom after writing last night’s journal entry, I found Julia sitting on the love seat just staring off into space. She seemed half asleep although aware that I was with her; mumbling something none descript by way of an acknowledgement. Rather than try and rouse her I just swept her up in my arms and carried her the short distance to our bed.

It was pretty clear she was wiped out, in more ways than one, and I wasn’t sure if she’d be up to slipping out of her bathrobe. But I managed to set her down in a way that enabled her to slip her arms out of the sleeves and be free of the thing without too much effort, which she did with a mumbled, “Thanks.”

From there, it was just a simple matter of helping her slip beneath the covers, where she promptly fell totally asleep. I sat their watching her for a long time before slipping under the covers beside her and dosed in and out, keeping one arm around her.

I guess around three she got up to use the bathroom. I really didn’t bother to check the time. I was more concerned about her given the way she seemed as the day wound down yesterday, into last night. But she came back in about ten minutes time and settled down in the bed next to me softly saying, “High there.”

I reached over and gently ran my fingers through her hair as she shifted so she could rest her head on my shoulder. She then said, “Thank you,” and promptly fell asleep again.

I was relieved that Julia enjoyed a nightmare free restful night’s sleep. But… All the same, I maintained a meditative state with her good health and emotional peace and well being as the main focus. Based on the few flashes of imagery I experienced along with one vision… Yeah… I’d have to say it was a rather effective meditation.

She slipped out of bed and off to the bathroom at around quarter to six in the morning and when she came back, I could smell the minty fresh breath along with a few other scents that told me she had freshened up a bit. As I heard her approach the bed again, I headed off there myself, really needing to take a wicked piss.

When I had returned, taking a moment to brush my own teeth, I found her laying on my side of the bed. I could hear Julia’s soft mischievous giggle as I approached the bed. As I came along side, a set of hands attached to a set of very sexy arms began gently guiding me down towards her as she softly said, “Come here.”

There was nothing frenzied about her movements. She was relaxed yet radiating a passionate desire for me that would have cured the dumbest man’s most severe case of erectile disfunction in an instant; assuming the man had any brains at all. And… Yeah… “It was a rather blissful hour.”

When we finally got around, she got ready to head into town to meet with a few clients at her building, letting me know she’d be free from 12:00 PM on. “No pressure though,” she said with a lighthearted laugh. “Seriously though,” she continued speaking, “I know you’re wrapping up with your tax stuff and want to drop it off at Mike Murphy’s this afternoon. But if you can give this girl a ring around noon to let her know where you’re at with it all… Well… I wouldn’t say no to spending more time with you if you’ll have me. And if you need help with something… Please don’t hesitate to ask, ok?”

I pulled her into a deep embrace and kissed her gently, stroking her hair as I asked, “How stupid would I have to be to say know to you?” She slyly said, “Very.” Then, with one swift squeeze of her arms and kiss from her lips to mine, she was gone.

So… After fixing some corrupt software on a client’s machine via Remote Desktop, I sat down to write a cover letter and go over everything I was delivering to Murphy CPAs so they could work their magic, as they do every year; finding I had made a $100.00 mistake. So, knowing I had time to walk down to Julia’s office in town I took everything with me and arrived at her office just as her last client was pulling out of the parking lot.

As I approached the building, she joyfully greeted me at the door saying, “What are you doing here? You didn’t have to walk down in this mess. The sidewalks suck, don’t they?” She then pulled me into a hug saying, “I am so glad you came though. Thank you. This was a pleasant surprise.”

I said, “Well, I figured that please for assistance should be made in person.” She laughed and said, “What’s up?” I told her that I just needed her to change one number on a form from a five to a six and she laughed saying, “I don’t know. I mean, this is going to cost you. Don’t you have a reader for this stuff?”

She then gave me a huge kiss and said, “Step this way sir and we’ll see what we can do.” After she made the change for me, I said, “I do have another request.” She said, “You’d like me to drive you over to Mike’s office?” When I nodded, she said, “Just give me a few minutes to put a few things to rest here and we can go.”

We left the building a few minutes later, arriving at Mr. Murphy’s office in no time. When I went in Mike and his staff seemed pretty happy to see me. He asked me, “How is it that every time I see you, you’re looking younger?” He laughed when I looked him straight in the eye and answered, “Because I am vintage, like wine. I keep getting better as time goes on.”

After a little light chit chat with him and Melony, I left the building and rejoined Julia in her car. “How did it go,” she asked? “They’ll have it done in a few weeks,” I responded.

She then leaned over and gave me a light kiss, gazing at me for a long moment. Then she asked, “Where to from here sir?” “Jumboland in Branchville,” I replied. “Oh baby, how did you know I had Jumboland on my mind?” Julia asked. “Have you been nosing around in my head at odd hours of the morning? Like this morning, come to think of it.”

I chuckled and said, “It is possible. I am a psychic you know.” She laughed and said, “Yeah, one who knows how to make sure a girl enjoys a good night’s sleep, complete with sweet dreams.” She gave my leg a light squeeze as she said it.

It was a quiet lunch, us arriving there around 1:30 PM or so. At one point she said, “I don’t think I got around to thanking you for last night. It meant a lot to me.” I looked at her searchingly before saying, “I thought that this morning was the thank you.” She laughed and said, “That was the Non-Verbal thank you.”

“Oh… I don’t know. I’m pretty sure there were some moans of appreciation mixed in with the other stuff,” I teased. She then laughed and came over to my side of the table saying, “Those weren’t words honey. They were just sounds. These,” and she kissed me full on the mouth, “Are words. Thank you.”

Then she said in a seductive tone, “Now slide over and let a pretty girl sit down next to her man during lunch. Unless of course you don’t want to.” I laughed saying, “Now how stupid would I have to be to turn you down?” I then said softly, “I’m lucky to have you.”

At that she through her arms around me and sounded a little teary eyed yet happy all at the same time saying, “I’m so lucky to have you, too.” She then kissed me deeply and said, “I’m also glad our waitress is so cool,” realizing that the woman was standing there waiting to see if we wanted dessert.

Our waitress laughed and said, “It’s never a problem.” We did order some chocolate mousse cake to share, and it really did hit the spot.

When we got back home Julia said to me, “I did a little research on people in Sussex County who have inexplicably recovered from things like cancer, diabetes; have had Toomers vanish and that kind of thing. I hope you didn’t mind. But… Well… I thought it might help.” I nodded for her to go on and she came to sit with me on our living room couch, holding my hand as she said, “I got quite a few responses from doctors in the Sussex County area. Just about every one of them said they’d had at least one patient who mysteriously were cured of ailments pretty much over night that they shouldn’t have been able to recover from so easily.” She then paused to take a deep breath before softly saying in a loving tone, “All of them were women between the ages of 21 and 60.” She then kissed me for a long moment.

She then continued, “There were around three-hundred women in all; all of them indicating that they’d either had an affair or one night stand with one man in particular. Apparently, this had been going on over a twenty-five-year period; the last healing taking place about five years ago. Most women were a little reluctant to give a name or couldn’t remember it. But… They all gave pretty much the same description, which fits you like a glove.”

I just sat there, stunned. I Shakily started to speak saying, “So…” But Julia simply put her arms around me and cut me off with a kiss. “I’m not judging you. If anything, I’m proud of you. I’m proud to be with you,” she whispered. She then sat holding me for a long time, kind of swaying back and forth before asking, “Are you ok?”

I looked at her for a long while and nodded before asking, “Where is all of this going?” She took my hands in hers and said, “It doesn’t have to go anywhere. But you are a healer, whether you can get your head around that or not. It’s true. I honestly believe that if you could do what you did for those women without ever being aware of it than Remote Healing is well within your grasp. You would have to do some work in the belief department to make that happen. But it’s there if you want to give it another go.”

She then gave my leg a squeeze before saying in barely a whisper, “I know you’ve been consciously trying in a few cases to help people who are sick in our circle of family and friends. I also know you’re frustrated with the results. But… I believe you can do it. I know that probably doesn’t help much when it comes to figuring out the mechanics of that kind of thing. But… I know the ability is there.”

Then she lightly kissed me again and moved off into the kitchen to fix something for a light snack. We spent the rest of the evening just chilling together on the couch, listening to music before deciding to take a bath together.

Once we were dried off in the bathroom, she pulled me too her and after a long embrace said, “I’m going to crash. Take your time with your journaling. I’m sure it will help clear your head, at least a little. If you want my help with anything I’m here. You know that.” She gave me one last squeeze and then said, “Now go write.”
