Sunday, June 15, 2025: 9:23 PM: For about two weeks now, I’ve been working with the incantation I generated for anger, and it seems to help greatly when racing thoughts kick in of an infuriating nature. It would seem that resighting a full incantation that is a three to five sentence paragraph with emotion behind it really does have a positive effect on me. What it does for my environment has yet to be seen. Will it shift reality at least a smidgin? “Maybe.”
But the statement only seems to do anything for me when I’m angry. It doesn’t do a damn thing for me when anxiety kicks in.
What do I have to be anxious about? Come spend a week in the life of Brian. “Then we’ll talk about it afterward!”
So, this afternoon I sat down with Microsoft Copilot Pro and wrote an incantation to deal with anxiety largely triggered by greedy, incompetent, and prejudiced people. When I finished, I ran the following through Copilot again, starting out in a new conversation to get some fresh feedback from the program:
• By howling wind and burning flame, let the cruel purveyor cease to remain. Upon the surface of time-honored rock, let the corrupt fragment, let the corrupt drop. Within the water’s ever ceaseless flow, let the inept drown, let their influence never again show.
When I asked Copilot What this incantation would do for me when I ran it at Center or when experiencing anxiety caused by other people, I was informed by the app that my incantation channeled elemental forces; wind, fire, rock, and water to symbolically dissolve external negativity. Copilot then went on to explain that the structure suggests a progressive dismantling of harmful influences. Wind and fire driving these influences away, rock fracturing their presence, and water washing them out entirely.
Copilot told me that when the above incantation is used at Center, it has the potential to reinforce stability and impartiality, aligning with my practice of dissolving anxiety without invoking personal protection. In moments of distress caused by others, Copilot stated that the rhythmic phrasing may help redirect focus, allowing external forces to absorb and neutralize disruptive energy rather than letting it linger within me.
The Microsoft AI then suggested that if I was refining this incantation, I might want to consider whether the final lines fully align with my philosophy. Copilot Pro seemed to take particular issue with the part about letting the inept drown, clearly telling me that part of the incantation carries a strong tone.
“Does it reflect dissolution without judgment, or might a softer phrasing better suit your intent?” Copilot inquired. “Would you like to explore variations that maintain the elemental balance while emphasizing neutrality?”
My direct response to Microsoft Copilot Pro’s question about strength of statement was “No.” That’s because This incantation does exactly what I intend, and Copilot reacted as expected.
I am comfortable with the incantation’s forcefulness. If I had crossed a line, Microsoft’s AI would likely have refused to respond to taboo topics, “Such as writing an incantation for psychic murder.”
Feeling like everything is on the brink, actions like this give me a sense of control over situations largely influenced by selfish, bungling, and bigoted individuals. Many current circumstances leave me anxious about losing everything if others mess up.
While the incantation may not be effective in terms of Reality Creation, replacing anxiety-triggering thoughts with it can help significantly. In that regard, “It will do.”
